The DME Sports Foundation is governed by a team of industry leading professionals whose talents and experiences drive DMESF's policies, objectives and overall direction to support the advancement of sports training, teams and education, through the DME Sports Academy.

Charlene Greer is currently the Executive Chairwoman of Jeep Beach Inc. She is a Clemson University Alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Reading. She entered the non-profit fundraising field in 2000 as a volunteer. Since then, she has served as a Youth and Children’s Pastor, served on multiple school PTSA and SAC boards, including serving as the PTSA President of Seabreeze High School, and served on multiple youth sports booster clubs.

Charlene currently serves on The Boys & Girls Clubs of Volusia & Flagler Counties Board of Directors and The Halifax Health Foundation Board of Directors. She also serves on steering committees for The NASCAR Foundation and is a member of The Blue Ribbon Committee.

As the Executive Chair of Jeep Beach Inc., Charlene oversees one of Volusia County’s largest events, Jeep Beach Week. The event draws over 200,000 people to the Daytona Beach area and over 20,000 Jeeps. The event is a fundraising platform which has provided donations to hundreds of non-profit organizations totaling $1.8 million since 2012.
