As founder of 06 Marketing, Dean has led initiatives in large-format printing, promotional products, and event management. He successfully managed Daytona Stadium, launching STEMFEST, a 9,000-attendee event, and securing multi-year contracts for major championships. His expertise extends to sponsorship negotiations with companies like BET, NASCAR, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.

Dean holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and previously maintained CPA certification in Pennsylvania. His community involvement includes leadership roles with the YMCA, Panther Youth Basketball Club, and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. He has also served on the Daytona Beach Advertising Federation, Florida Hospital Foundation Board, and Workforce Development Board.

As a DME Sports Foundation board member, Dean aims to strengthen marketing efforts, build strategic partnerships, and support programs that combine sports, education, and community engagement. His leadership and innovative approach make him a key asset to the organization.
