Mike Panaggio


Mike Panaggio is a national trendsetter in direct marketing. Mike’s guiding vision and creativity have propelled his DME conglomerate toward continual growth and profitability in the one-to-one marketing field. DME, the original marketing arm of his business entities, has helped its customers to achieve sustainable promotional success and ARG--accelerating revenue growth--for over 30 years.

For the past several years, Mike’s focus includes a new kind of groundbreaking sports and marketing operation called DME Sports. Mr. Panaggio prepped at prestigious Deerfield Academy in Massachusetts and then played four years of basketball for the hall-of-fame coach, Mauro Panaggio, his dad, at SUNY Brockport, where he rewrote a little history for his alma mater’s athletic program. Mike graduated with a degree in Economics and the all-time record for points scored in a career, among countless other distinctions.

Mike continued to score points in business as he ascended to the top ranks as a commodities and securities broker with Merrill Lynch and Prudential Bache in Rochester, New York.

After a life-changing move to Florida in the early 80’s, Mike founded Direct Mail Express (DME) in 1984. During the decades since, DME has grown from three employees and a carload of ideas into an 11-acre, 140,000 square foot Florida campus which employs several hundred people in Daytona Beach, and throughout the USA.
